The Unlicensed Real Estate Assistant Training Center The Unlicensed Real Estate Assistant Training Center (UREATC) was created to train, coach and mentor those interested in pursuing a career in the real estate industry as a Transaction Coordinator. Through The Unlicensed Real Estate Assistant Training Center (UREATC), our trainees learn how to work with real estate agents as a Closing Coordinator, and more. We don't spend a lot of time teaching you how to use hundreds of programs that may or may not be used by the brokers and agents, that is only a small portion of our training. Our mission is to teach you how to build a foundation based on real estate principles, agent expectations, and the partnering skills required when working with brokers and agents. What is a Transaction Coordinator? A Transaction Coordinator is a person responsible for managing and monitoring the transaction process through interfacing with real estate professionals, clients, customers, vendors, title and escrow, attorneys, and lenders. The Transaction Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the escrow closing process and completing all tasks assigned during the normal transaction process of the Broker and/or Agent. What is a Listing Coordinator? A Listing Coordinator is the individual assigned to ensure that the agent is able to present and list the seller's property by coordinating presentations, creating CMAs, upload the listing into the MLS, and schedule all showings. In some real estate offices, the Listing Coordinator carries dual responsibilities and work as a Marketing Coordinator. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that each property receives maximum exposure using various media. The ultimate goal is to get the best price and a satisfied seller. Our training is designed for unlicensed real estate assistants new to the industry.
We take our training program very seriously and expect each trainee to be serious about learning. If you are seeking an easy certification or assume that our assignments are not required, please do not register. You are expected to perform in each session at the level expected by the clients you will service. No Exceptions! Our training DOES NOT award a NAR REPA Certificate. That distinguished certificate is only awarded by the National Association of REALTORS or a NAR designated training facility. Our designations are UREATC
